Every day more women are being empowered to pursue the ministry call of God on their lives. Not all women, just as not all men feel called to lead, speak or minister at a leadership level in the church. But some do, and that has been a long journey of changing traditional norms, challenging cultural bias and overcoming poor biblical exegesis. What we are seeing now, is women being asked “What do you feel called to do?” instead of “Here is a list of callings for women… pick one.”  Isn’t that exciting?
